About Us
Prime Training was formed in 2001 and our first (and still current) clients were the successful Essex Ford Group (now the Essex Auto Group) who were among founder members of the Retail Automotive Alliance.
We researched and delivered a wide range of training across all departments, using material developed with input from directors and senior managers, to front-line staff.
This relationship has provided other benefits, such as enhancing cross-departmental understanding and co-operation as well as continuity and stability within the group Customer Handling Standards training programme.
All training is supported by ongoing monthly coaching and mentoring in both Sales and AfterSales departments.
We have also worked with a number of dealer groups in conjunction with the production and delivery of training material on behalf of Exxon-Mobil.
